Do I need an account?
No. Connect a wallet and play. There is no email, no password and no registration form — your address is your identity, and a session cookie keeps you signed in while you play.
How do I deposit and withdraw?
Both live in the cashier in the top bar. Deposits and withdrawals are in BANANA on Robinhood Chain, and withdrawals are always paid back to the address you played from — there is no third address to nominate. Network fees are paid to the chain, not to us.
How do I know a round was not rigged?
Every outcome is derived by HMAC-SHA256 from a server seed committed before you bet, your own client seed, and the round's nonce. Rotate your seed to reveal the old server seed, hash it, and check it against the commitment you were shown. The full procedure is on the provably fair page.
What is the house edge?
The instant originals run at 99.02% RTP, and each of the 8 tiles shows its own RTP and volatility before you open it — the wheel and table games differ. That edge is real and it does not go away with a betting system — see responsible gaming.
Can I change my client seed?
Yes, as often as you like. Changing it rotates the server seed too, which is what reveals the previous one for verification. Do it before checking old rounds, not after.
I got disconnected mid-round. What happens?
Nothing is lost. The round is settled on the server, and the result is waiting when you reconnect. Closing the tab does not void a bet already placed.
Why was my bonus refused?
The welcome bonus is one per person: one per address, one per IP, and limited per network range. On a live chain the address must also have transacted before, so a freshly generated wallet does not qualify. It is a deliberate cost on farming, not a bug.
What is staking, and is the APY guaranteed?
Staking BANANA puts you on the house side: locked stakes take a daily cut of what the house wins, over 30, 60, 90 day terms, up to 63.28% APY on wrapped stBANANA. Rates are indicative rather than guaranteed — the pool distributes what the house actually earns, and principal is locked until term.
Will you ever ask for my ID?
Only if a risk check is triggered — large volumes, sanctions or analytics flags, or a pattern consistent with laundering. Ordinary play needs no documents. The triggers are listed in the AML and KYC policy.
Can I take a break or exclude myself?
Yes. Email support@bananabet.gg from the address you play from and ask for a cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 or 30 days) or self-exclusion (six months minimum, irreversible). Withdrawals stay open throughout.
Something is broken. Who do I tell?
support@bananabet.gg for anything account-related, or @BananaBetRH on X for status and releases. If you find a bug that pays, report it rather than farm it — exploited rounds are voided under the terms, reported ones are not.
