Responsible gaming

Every game on this site is built to be entertainment with a published cost. It is not income, it is not a strategy, and it is not a way out of a hole. This page is what we do about that, and what you can ask us to do.

The maths, stated plainly

Every game here carries a house edge, published on its tile before you open it. Over a long enough run of bets, the expected result is a loss equal to that edge multiplied by everything you wagered. Provable fairness guarantees the outcome was not rigged; it does not, and cannot, make the game profitable to play.

There is no betting pattern that changes this. Doubling after a loss, waiting for a "due" result, or switching games mid-session all leave the edge exactly where it was — rounds are independent, and the seed pair proves it.

Warning signs

  • Betting money set aside for rent, food, debt or anyone else's needs.
  • Increasing stakes to recover a loss, rather than because you decided to.
  • Playing to change how you feel — after bad news, an argument, or a bad day.
  • Hiding time or money spent from people close to you.
  • Borrowing, selling or moving assets to fund play.
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you try to cut down.

Any one of these on its own is worth a pause. Two or more is worth using the tools below today, not after the next session.

Setting your own limits

Before you connect, decide two numbers: what you are prepared to lose in this session, and how long you intend to play. Deposit only the first, and treat the second as fixed. Playing from a wallet you top up deliberately — rather than one holding everything you own — is the single most effective control available on a non-custodial site.

Practical rules that work

  • Never deposit while a session is running. Top-ups made mid-loss are chasing.
  • Withdraw wins as they happen. A balance that stays on-site gets played back.
  • Set an alarm, not a mental note, for when you intend to stop.
  • Do not play tired, drunk, or on any substance that flattens judgement.

Cooling-off and self-exclusion

Write to support@bananabet.gg from the address you play from and ask for either:

  • A cooling-off period — 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Play is blocked for the term; withdrawals stay open.
  • Self-exclusion — a minimum of six months, and it cannot be reversed early. When it lapses, reinstatement is not automatic: you have to ask again, and we may decline.

Requests are applied to the wallet address and to any address we can reasonably link to it. Once applied, we will also stop sending you anything promotional.

Under 18s

Play is restricted to people aged 18 or over — or the legal gambling age where you live, if it is higher. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are closed, and stakes are returned while winnings are voided. If a young person has access to your device, use your operating system's parental controls and blocking software such as Gamban, GamBlock or BetBlocker.
