Terms of service

1.Who we are

Bananabet ("the site", "we", "us") is operated by Bananabet Gaming Ltd.. "You" means the person connecting a wallet and placing bets. Contact for all matters under these terms: support@bananabet.gg.

2.Eligibility

You may only use the site if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that is higher.
• Online gambling is lawful for you where you are, and you are not accessing the site from a territory where it is restricted or prohibited.
• You are acting for yourself, not on behalf of, or with funds belonging to, another.
• You are not on any sanctions list, and you are not a politically exposed person we have declined.
• You are not currently self-excluded from the site.

Determining the law that applies to you is your responsibility. Using a VPN, proxy or any other means to disguise your location is a breach of these terms and voids the affected bets and winnings.

3.Your wallet

The site is non-custodial at the point of access: your wallet is your identity. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys, seed phrase and device. We cannot reverse a transaction, recover a lost key, or restore access to a compromised wallet.

One person, one wallet. Multiple wallets operated by the same person, household or device to obtain additional bonuses are treated as one account, and the duplicates may be closed with bonus-derived balances forfeited.

4.Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are made in BANANA on Robinhood Chain. Sending any other asset, or sending to the wrong network, will likely result in permanent loss and we cannot recover it.
• Withdrawals are paid to the connected address. We do not pay out to a third-party address.
• Network fees are yours. Confirmation times depend on the chain, not on us.
• The site is not a bank, an exchange or a custody service. Balances held here earn nothing and are not a deposit product.
• We may hold a withdrawal while we complete checks required under our AML and KYC policy.

5.Bets and settlement

A bet is final once submitted. It cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed, and closing the browser does not void a round already in progress.

All 8 games are our own originals. Outcomes are produced by the provably-fair scheme described on the provably fair page, and the server's record of a round is the authoritative one. Where the interface displays something different from what the server settled — through a bug, a stale client, a disconnection or manipulation of the page — the server record governs.

Malfunctions void play and pay. If a game, payout table or balance is affected by an error, we may void the affected rounds and return the stakes. This applies equally whether the error favoured you or us.

Maximum stakes, maximum payouts and per-game limits are shown in the interface and may be changed at any time. A bet exceeding a limit in force at the time may be voided.

6.Bonuses

Bonuses, including the welcome bonus, are granted at our discretion, once per person, and are subject to any wagering requirement stated when they are offered. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until that requirement is met.

We may withdraw a bonus, void bonus-derived winnings, or exclude an account from future promotions where we reasonably believe a promotion has been abused — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play between accounts, or bet patterns designed to clear a requirement without genuine risk.

7.Staking

Staking BANANA is a separate, optional product. Rewards derive from the house's results and are variable: advertised APY figures are indicative, not guaranteed, and a losing period for the house reduces what the pool distributes.

Locked principal cannot be withdrawn before the end of its term. Smart contract interactions carry their own risk, including total loss, and are made at your own discretion.

8.Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators or any tool that plays on your behalf.
• Exploit a bug, pricing error or malfunction rather than reporting it to support@bananabet.gg.
• Collude with other players, or operate several accounts in concert.
• Use the site to launder funds, or to move proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Interfere with the service — scraping at volume, load attacks, tampering with client code, or attempting to access another account.
• Reverse-engineer the service for the purpose of predicting outcomes.

Breach entitles us to suspend or close your access, void affected bets and winnings, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9.Suspension and closure

We may suspend or terminate access at any time where we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms, fraud, an AML concern, or a legal or regulatory requirement. Where access is closed without breach on your side, your remaining real-money balance stays withdrawable.

10.No warranty, and what we are liable for

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for losses caused by chain congestion, wallet software, your own device or connection, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the amount held in your site balance at the time the claim arose.

Losses from gambling are not a liability of ours. Money lost on a fairly settled bet is the product you bought.

11.Tax

Any tax arising from your winnings or your staking rewards is yours to determine, declare and pay. We do not provide tax advice and do not withhold on your behalf.

12.Complaints and disputes

Write to support@bananabet.gg with your wallet address, the round or transaction in question, and what you believe went wrong. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 14 days.

Where a dispute concerns an outcome, verify the round first using the seed pair and nonce — it resolves the great majority of them, and it lets us look at the same evidence you are.

13.Changes

We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published here, dated at the top of this page. Material changes take effect when posted, and continuing to play after that is acceptance. If you do not accept a change, withdraw your balance and stop using the site.

14.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bananabet Gaming Ltd. is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
